New Year's Resolutions

Since last week was such a short week for us, the students did a New Year's Resolution writing activity. We discussed how a resolution is like a promise that you make to yourself. After reading about the history of the holiday, the students made a list of resolutions for school and home. Finally, they chose one of the school resolutions to publish with their "party people."
